When you click “Verify promo code,” the system will check if the code is valid. If it is, you’ll proceed to the next step—Step 2: Verify—where the customer’s information and promotion details are displayed.
If the code is not valid, an error message will explain why—such as if it’s already been applied, doesn’t exist, or has expired.
